Review:
Get our game guides and support for: Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. These precise WALKTHROUGH GAME STRATEGY GUIDES is now available here and compatable for the XBOX and XBOX 360 Consoles.
The final of a three part series of the Legend of Spyro trilogy. Apparently one of the lower end title franchises that are reinvented and since its been inveteratedto the new consoles, it appears it includes a sincere effort to making this series stronger and more worthy of playing. In Dawn of the Dragon, Etranges Libellulestries - a French based developer) designed some seriously different gameplay with tricky new control commands, visually appealing and epic level intention, music score, cooperative playing advancements and many more improvements. Since the previous 2 games where a bit melancholy, this is a refreshing resurrection and perhaps an unexpected addition to the seemingly failing series.
I know the general review on the street that this game is not much better than 'fair' or mediocre (per gamespot), but the enhancement of the hero's functionalities along with the backwardly congruent pre-existing and consistent control set you may have learned on the previous titles is only polished, refined, and given new life. However I think the other reviewers main issue is the fact that this (like many series franchises) is a game that you'd be better off having knowledge ofthe other ones first, at least since the rebirth of the new console versions since it's been a bit like a new set of stories, otherwise having Dawn of the Dragon might confuse you and you wouldn't really appreciate what is going on in this new adventure. In my opinion though, it's a really great way for the likes of Sierra to get there 3 titles some replay and sales time during a busy holiday season. Especially when the sales of said items has been minimal, if barely acceptable or profitable to begin with.
Further disagreements with gameplay is that combat can become monotonous and repetitive. I have this to say about that statement. Sarcasm: "Um, what video game have you played that isn't repetitive?" If you cannot learn a specific strategy to build upon when attacking your ever expanding intelligence and sophisticated foes, then what kind of game would this be? They have also complained about the level design being to big and that you might get lost from time to time. Sarcasm: "Oh. Really? You mean you can actually 'seek and roam'? Gee, that's so horrible, I would MUCH rather have someone holding my hand and telling me how to play so I knew what to do and didn't have to think. This is after all a kids game, and they wouldn't want to have to help them or babysit them." Please. You reviewers are so downon these games, they apparently have forgottenthat these games actually ARE designed for children and that when you give them bad reviews based on the gameplay being too simple, and story structure not being interesting enough for the 39 year old reviewer in Madison Park, well, they really have dropped the ball on what a game review is supposed to be about haven't they?
Additionally, the end user (namely children and some teens) will be delighted with this quest with Spyro and Cynder who must stop the Dark Master from spreading evil across the land. You will find yourself taking different directions based on your own choices after completing areas. A much needed breath of fresh fireto the previous setup in the other two titles. The adventure itself is very challenging since you can switch between the two characters. It is a very interesting puzzler at times, trying to figure out which characters arrangement of skills is required to complete the section. It kind of reminds me of the way Tak and the Power of Juju or that series was designed, especially when it comes to the co-op play mechanics.
In conclusion, the series has ended with a very nice addition and making a game that can be remembered amongst teens and adults alike (as long as they aren't big conglomerate video game company reviewers that is). The visually interesting draw of this game, along with the exceptional efforts to graphic design and a much more interesting storyline is more than enough to entertain and appeal to most audiences.

First and perhaps foremost, I am very very very impressed with your support. If I could vote for a site that is committed to its members and visitors, it would be your site hands down and friend, I have been using the net back when IRC began. I went to your site and found where the problem is with the large black bold print.....I came on board from ING games...the link may be an issue. Let me know if I can help...Good Luck and Have a Healthy Happy New Year.
